Inspired by the mists of Victoria Falls, the Royal Mukombe is a nutty drink with warm winter spices and stewed fruits. Created by Antony Mudzengerere for Gigi’s Rooftop, the Mukombe describes the gourd in which the cocktail of Cognac and Butternut brown spices is served.
Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, then fine strain into a chilled coupe glass
4 drops of stained sesame seed oil, then place coupe in a gourd with sesame-scented dry ice smoke
