More than the sum of its parts, the Zucca Sour is an extraordinary cocktail that is simple to make but bar-quality to drink. Mixing Rabarbaro’s earthy, herbal character that amplifies the gin, while the Lemon Juice and egg white transform it into a lively sour.


  • 2 oz. 60ml Gin
  • 1 oz. 30ml Rabarbaro
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Simple Syrup
  • 1 1 Egg White
Display: oz. ml.




Dry shake all ingredients & then add ice and shake again. Strain into a cocktail glass
