Zucca Highball

The Zucca Highball is a flavoursome variation on a classic highball. The slightly smoky sweetness of Zucca Rabarbaro makes it a perfect match for a blended Scotch, while the Honey Syrup gives a little sweetness and the and the Soda Water lightens everything up.


  • 2 oz. 60ml Scotch, blended
  • 1 oz. 30ml Rabarbaro
  • 0.25 oz. 8ml Honey Syrup
  • top top Soda Water
Display: oz. ml.


Add all ingredients to an ice-filled tall glass and stir. Top with Soda Water
