If you’re looking for a Rhubarb-flavoured riff on a Negroni, then the Rhubarb Lucca Negroni is definitely the one to make. Created back in 2001 by Jonathan Abarbanel at Quo Vadis in London this drink brings a nice tartness to the classic.

 


Ingredients

  • 1 oz. 30ml Gin
  • 1 oz. 30ml Campari
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Rabarbaro
Display: oz. ml.

Glass

Rocks

Instructions

Pour all ingredients into an ice-filled glass and stir

Garnish

Orange zest twist (discarded)
