Served at GG Tokyo New York, The Tomodachi is a beautiful riff on a Margarita. As well as the usual Lime Juice, Agave Syrup and Tequila (in this case pea-flower infused), the drink also has the tart and subtle sweet Ume Plum Liqueur
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled shaker and served over ice in a rocks glass
Rim the glass with Furikake Seasoning
