If you love a Paloma (and realistically, who doesn’t), then why not make it brim with the colour of Plum Liqueur. The Plum Paloma, created by La Contenta in New York, combines Tequila or Mezcal and the usual Lime Juice but adds a little Plum Liqueur for a colour we all love.
Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, then strain over ice. Top with grapefruit soda.
