Created by Andres Juarez at Raines Law Room, the Plum Role is a long, refreshing drink that mixes Gin, UME Plum Liqueur, Jasmine Tea Syrup and both Grapefruit and Lime Juice, before being topped with Soda Water.
Shake the first five ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, then fine strain into a Collins glass with ice. Top with Soda Water.
