For a fantastic Mule riff, you really can’t go past the fresh combination of flavours presented by the Garden Mule. Fresh Blueberries, Cucumber and Mint are the highlights of this refreshing cocktail with Vodka, Lime & Ginger Beer providing the base.

Ingredients

2 oz. 60ml Vodka
1 oz. 30ml Lime Juice
4 slices 4 slices Cucumber
8-10 8-10 Blueberries
6 leaves 6 leaves Mint
top top Ginger Beer

Instructions

Muddle Cucumber, Blueberries and Mint leaves in a shaker. Add ice, Vodka & Lime Juice and shake. Fine strain into an ice-filled Highball glass and top with Ginger beer
