An agave-based riff on a Moscow Mule, the Minted Mule mixes Silver Tequila, Ginger Beer, Lime Juice and Mezcal to create a more complex version of the original with hints of smoke mixed with ginger flavour and citrus notes.
Shake Tequila and Lime Juice in an ice-filled shaker and strain into an ice-filled glass. Add Ginger Beer, then top it off with a float of Mezcal
