As the name suggests, the Mexican Mule is simply a Moscow Mule variation that uses a nice Reposito Tequila as the base spirit instead of Vodka. So add the Tequila to Lime Juice, Sugar Syrup and Ginger Beer. It really isn’t more complicated than that but it is super tasty.
Shake first three ingredients with ice, then fine strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with Ginger Beer and stir
