Best described as being a little like a Ramos but without the cream, the Fabulous Fizz is bright and refreshing with Grapefruit Gin and Triple Sec but just a touch bitter with the addition of Campari

Ingredients

  • 0.85 oz. 26ml Grapefruit Gin (Malfy Gina Rosa)
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Campari
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Triple Sec (Cause & Effect Naartjie)
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Aquafaba
  • 1.7 oz. 51ml Grapefuit 7 Pink Peppercorn Shrub
  • top top Soda Water
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Hard shake all ingredients (other than Soda Water), then add ice and shake again. Fine strain into a Collins glass and top with soda water
