The Drinkaterium is a beautiful Gin based cocktail that is a distinctive blend of aniseed flavour from the Wild Fennel and Citrus with the Lemony flavour of the Spekboom.  If Spekboom is too hard to find, the Lychee Spekboom Syrup can be subbed for a Lychee Lemon Syrup.
Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and strain into a Collins glass
