In the drink, Bitter harbour, the lushness of Tawny Port finds a strong partner with smoke-laced Mezcal. These ingredients are then held together with the Gran Classico Bitter for a bittersweet cocktail that is not only ideal in a single-serve but is also wonderful when batched.
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a Rocks glass.
