Although the Chancellor is very much a classic, its origin story is pretty much unknown. But our lack of knowledge aside, the Scotch, Dry Vermouth, Tawny Port, and Sugar Syrup result in a complex, sophisticated drink with fruity notes.


  • 2 oz. 60ml Scotch, blended
  • 1 oz. 30ml Port, Tawny
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Dry Vermouth
  • 0.25 oz. 8ml Sugar Syrup
  • 2 dash 2 dash Orange Bitters
Display: oz. ml.


Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.
