Club Cocktail (Embury's Recipe)

Adapted from David A. Embury’s 1948 The Fine Art Of Mixing Drinks, the Club Cocktail is the perfect aperitif. This drink has survived due to its dry and aromatic nature and its mix of Fino Sherry, Tawny Port and Orange Bitters.


  • 1.5 oz. 45ml Fino Sherry
  • 1.5 oz. 45ml Tawny Port
  • dash dash Orange Bitters
Display: oz. ml.


Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
