Sweet Vermouth and Port dominate this deep cherry red Negroni-like aperitivo, with Campri providing balancing bitterness. Four Poster Red was created by Simon Difford in 2018 at the Cabinet Room in London


  • 1 oz. 30ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 oz. 30ml Chamberyzette
  • 1 oz. 30ml Port, Tawny
  • 1 oz. 30ml Campari
Display: oz. ml.




Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled glass

This drink can also be served shaken. If prepared this way, there should be a white head that covers the surface of the drink. The cocktail should be consumed before that head fades.
