Named for its inclusion of Naked Malt Scotch Whisky, the Nude Way is a cherry-based variation on a Whisky Sour.
Created by Copenhagen bar Ruby, the drink puts a sustainable spin on the classic, with the inclusion of La Tomato Liqueur, Cherry Eau de Vie, Sour Cherry Cordial & Whey.

Nude Way
Ingredients
- 45ml Naked Malt
- 15ml la tomato liqueur
- 2.5ml cherry eau de vie
- 20ml whey
- 20ml sour cherry cordial
Instructions
Shake and strain into a stemmed glass. Garnish with Tonka spray
Additional information
Whey: Can be sourced from cheesemakers or can be made yourself.
Heat up some full-fat milk on the hob. When the milk begins to boil, take it off the heat and add some lemon juice and let the mix curdle. Once it has curdled, pour the mix through a cheesecloth. For every 100ml of whey, add 5g of citric acid.
Sour cherry cordial: mix sour cherry cordial in equal parts with sugar
Tonka spray: crush up a tonka bean and let it sit in Naked Malt for 24 hours before straining. Add to an atomiser.
