As it’s Negroni Week we thought we would take a look at some of the riffs that have been created by bartenders as part of the #NegroniPhotocompAU for Campari.
Our next cocktail video is with Scott Allan from NOLA Sydney, as he makes The Wanderlust, a drink that combines Orange Bitters, Cointreau, barrel-strength Bourbon, Sweet Vermouth & Campari.

- dash Orange Bitters
- 7.5mls (0.25oz) Cointreau
- 20mls (0.67oz) Barrel-Strength Bourbon
- 30mls (1oz)Sweet Vermouth
- 30mls (1oz) Campari.
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish with a coin of Orange
