As it’s Negroni Week we thought we would take a look at some of the riffs that have been created by bartenders as part of the #NegroniPhotocompAU for Campari.
Our first cocktail video is with Lamar Powell from Firegrill Sydney as he makes his Nectar Of Dionysus, a drink that combines Campari, Glen Grant Arboralis, Apricot Nectar, Riccadonna Spumanti & Saline Solution.

Nectar of Dionysis
- 30mls (1oz) Campari
- 15mls (0.5oz) Glen Grant Arboralis
- 15mls (0.5oz) Apricot Nectar
- 45mls (1.5oz) Riccadonna Spumanti
- 3mls (0.1oz) Saline Solution
Stir Campari, Glen Grant Arboralis, Apricot Nectar and Saline Solution in a mixing glass with ice. strain into a chilled glass. Top with Riccadonna Spumanti
Garnish with Orange zest twist
