Tropical Popsicle

If you love a traditional Whisky Highball but regret that they’re not more tropical, then Tony Roehr at Noble Experiment in San Diego has answered your call. With the Aperol and Passionfruit Syrup you’ve been missing, the Tropical Popsicle has a fun, tropical vibe.

Ingredients

1.5 oz. 45ml Suntory Toki Japanese Whisky
0.5 oz. 15ml Aperol
1 oz. 30ml Passionfruit Syrup
0.5 oz. 15ml Lime Juice
top top Soda Water

Display: oz. ml.

Glass

Instructions

Shake all ingredients (except Soda Water) in an ice-filled shaker, then strain into an ice-filled glass. Top with Soda Water

Garnish

Banana leaf

Passionfruit Syrup – Combine equal parts passionfruit purée and rich simple syrup (2:1). Whisk until combined.
