Tipperary No.1

Main Spirit Whiskey - Irish
Difficulty Easy
Technique Stirred

The Tipperary first appeared in recipe books around 1916 but it hit its stride when it came out in Harry MacElhone’s 1922, ABC Of Mixing Cocktails. With the addition of Sweet Vermouth and Green Chartreuse, this is a wonderful Irish Whiskey-forward nightcap.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. 30ml Irish Whiskey
  • 0.85 oz. 26ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 0.33 oz. 10ml Green Chartreuse
Display: oz. ml.

Maraschino Cherry
