Best described as a fruity riff on a Rusty Nail, when you get a Black Eye, we suggest that you drink it rather than wear it. Created in 2008 by Simon Lamont at Jardine in Cape Town, this drink mixes Blackberries, Raspberries, Mint Leaves, Irish Whiskey, Drambuie and Crème de Cassis.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. 60ml Irish Whiskey
  • 0,75 oz. 0ml Drambuie
  • 0.25 oz. 8ml Creme de Cassis
  • 2 2 Blackberries
  • 5 coins 5 coins Raspberries
  • 5 5 Mint Leaves
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Muddle Blackberries, Raspberries & Mint in the base of a shaker. Add other ingredients and shake with ice, before fine straining into an ice-filled glass.
