Inspired by friendship and a love of bartending, the Tiny Sparrow Martini was created by Kitty Bernardo at New York bar Paradise Lost. Using the Gin that you would expect, she swaps out Vermouth for Fino Sherry and adds the citrusy notes of Calamansi Liqueur.
Stir all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir for approximately 60 revolutions. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass, keeping the sidecar chilled on ice.
