An infinitely drinkable cocktail, the Wink is a seductive little libation that tempts you with every sip. Reminiscent of a Sazerac but with Gin and Cointreau, this cocktail has an Absinthe wash that sets the stage for this delicate yet fruity concoction.

Ingredients

0.5 oz. 15ml Absinthe
2 oz. 60ml Gin (London Dry)
0.25 oz. 8ml Cointreau
0.125 oz. 4ml Sugar Syrup
2 dash 2 dash Peychards Bitters

Ingredients

Pour Absinthe into an ice-filled glass. Top with chilled water and set aside. Separately shake other ingredients with ice. Discard the contents of the original glass (Absinthe, water & ice) and strain the drink into the empty Absinthe-coated glass.
