The Peruvian is a riff on the classic Alaska cocktail, which highlights the floral characteristics of Peruvian Pisco. Created by John Robinson at The Hive in Arkansas and combines Pisco, Yellow Chartreuse, Lillet Blanc, and Orange Peel.
Express the orange peel over a mixing glass, then drop it into the mixing glass. Add the remaining ingredients, plus ice, then stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe.
