If you’re looking for a drink with a tropical edge but a definite kick, the Snake Eyes may well be worth the gamble. With muddled Jalapeño and Basil, Pisco, Passionfruit Purée, Mango Purée, Lime Juice & Agave, the odds of you liking this drink are better than its namesake (1 in 36, if you’re curious).

Ingredients

2 oz. 60ml Pisco
1 oz. 30ml Passionfruit Puree
0.5 oz. 15ml Mango Puree
0.75 oz. 23ml Lime Juice
0.75 oz. 23ml Agave
1 slice 1 slice Jalapeño
2 Leaves 2 Leaves Basil

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the jalapeño and one basil leaf. Combine remaining ingredients in the shaker, and fill with ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into a Martini glass.
