Inspired by the Indian tradition of having tea and cookies after a long workday, the Tea & Biscuit Flip was created at Saffron in New Orleans. The Cognac and Chai work beautifully together and are enhanced by the lemon Juice, Orgeat, Cardamom Syrup and whole Egg.

Add all ingredients to a shaker (without ice) and dry shake. Add ice and shake again to chill. Strain into a chilled glass
