Lighter and zestier in flavour than the original Paloma, the Swedish Paloma is a riff that swaps out tequila for Grapefruit Vodka. To that is added Grapefruit Juice, Lime Juice, Simple Syrup and Soda Water.
Shake all ingredients (except Soda Water) with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass. Top with Soda Water
