Trust a Platinum Blond to be complex, with the floral nature of St Germain taming the tart, zesty, citrus of both Grapefruit Juice and Grapefruit Vodka. Added to that, there is an herbal twist from the Rosemary and much-needed balance from the simple syrup and Lemon Juice.
Muddle Rosemary in the base of a shaker. Add the other ingredients, shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.
