Refreshing and summer-ready, you can easily amp everything up by allowing the muddled fruit to sit in the tin with the other ingredients for a few minutes before shaking.

Ingredients

1 oz. 30ml White Rum
1 oz. 30ml Wray & Nephew Overproof Rum
0.75 oz. 23ml Lime Juice
0.75 oz. 23ml Simple Syrup
1 1 Strawberry

Instructions

Muddle the Strawberry with Simple Syrup at the base of a shaker tin. Add all other ingredients with ice and shake. Then fine strain into a coupe glass
