There are a few different Afterburner cocktails around but the one that we are doing today is a simple but effective mix of Coffee Liqueur, white Overproof Rum and White Créme De Menthe which creates a smooth, peppermint-laced coffee drink.
Pour all ingredients into glass and stir. Flambé, then extinguish the flame. Take care of the hot glass rim.
