Derived from Jim Meehan’s 2011 The PDT Cocktail Book, the South Slope was created by Michael Madrusan and is named after the South Slope area of Brooklyn. With Gin, Aperol, Lillet Blanc, Orange Curaçao & Lemon Juice this is a very tasty aperitif.

Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz. 23ml Gin
  • 0.75 oz. 23ml Aperol
  • 0.75 oz. 23ml Lillet Blanc
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Orange Curaçao
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Lemon Juice
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass

Garnish

Lemon zest twist
