The name Santa Cruz Sour was often used in the oldest cocktail book to reference a Rum Sour, so it’s not surprising that Bar By Rhys chose it for its Rum Sour riff. Providing a nice touch of Tiki, the drink mixes the bar’s house-blend Rum, Pineapple Juice, Ginger Cordial, Sour Mix & Aquafaba.
Shake all ingredients with ice, then dry shake, before straining into a rocks glass with ice
