If you are after a slightly richer spirit than Gin for your Negroni, then you can’t go past the smooth, delicate flavour of Rakia. While the Rakia Negroni plays very much by the rules, with the same proportions as the original, the subtle fruit and anise undertones truly change the game.
Fill an Old Fashioned glass with a good amount of ice, then add equal parts Rakia, Campari and Sweet Vermouth before stirring well.
