For a Negroni variation that takes us south of the border, we have an Ancho Reyes Negroni. In this equal parts drink the Gin is swapped out for Tequila, adds the spicy flavour of Ancho Reyes Liqueur, a little Cynar and the Sweet Vermouth from the original.
