When Craig ‘Colonel Tiki’ Herman created this drink in 2010, it was served straight up in a coupe; David Selle later adapted it into this format. But either way, the Bourbon-laced, zesty Lemon Poison Dart has herbal complexity and cinnamon spice balanced with rich Orgeat.

Ingredients

2 oz. 60ml Bourbon Whiskey
0.5 oz. 15ml Lemon Juice
0.5 oz. 15ml Orgeat
0.25 oz. 8ml Cynar
0.17 oz. 5ml Cinnamon Syrup
2 dash 2 dash Pimento Dram
1 dash 1 dash Orange Bitters

Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, then strain into an ice-filled glass

Garnish

Orange zest twist (expressed then added)
