While you could think of Fancy Free as simply a riff on a Whiskey Old Fashioned, where the Maraschino takes the place of sugar, there is much more to this drink than that. Surprisingly dry, the mix of Bourbon & Maraschino is made all the more aromatic with both Angostura & Orange Bitters.
