When it comes to creating a riff on a Cosmpolitan, the Honey Cosmopolitan is the perfect example of what balance can achieve. Using the Cranberry Juice and Lime Juice from the original, this drink adds Grapefruit Juice and Grapefruit Vodka for the citrus elements and honey syrup for its delicious flavour and richness.

Ingredients

1.8 oz. 54ml Grapefruit Vodka
1.2 oz. 36ml Cranberry Juice
0.33 oz. 10ml Grapefruit Juice
0.16 oz. 5ml Lime Juice
0.33 oz. 10ml Honey Syrup
4 drop 4 drop Grapefruit Bitters

Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a cocktail glass
