Created by Sam Ross in 2004 at Milk and Honey in New York City, the Old Maid has an English garden party attitude. With Gin, lime, mint, and cucumber. this drink zings with freshness.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. 60ml Gin
  • 1 oz. 30ml Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Simple Syrup
  • 8 8 Mint leaves
  • 3 3 Cucumber slices
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Muddle cucumber in the base of a shaker and then add all other ingredients. Shaker and strain into an ice-filled glass
