If you are after a light, refreshing, long drink, then there is no better pairing in the cocktail world than Gin, Cucumber & St Germain. Created by Anthony Street at The Everleigh in Melbourne Australia, the Easy Street cocktail is definitely poolside worthy.

Ingredients

1.5 oz. 45ml Gin
0.5 oz. 15ml St Germain
0.5 oz. 15ml Lemon Juice
0.169 oz. 5ml Simple Syrup
3 3 Cucumber slices
top top Soda Water

Display: oz. ml.

Instruction

Muddle cucumber in the base of a shaker, then add Gin, St Germain, Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup and shake. Strain into a chilled glass and top with Soda Water
