Old Elk Apple Sour

A riff on the Whiskey Sour, the Old Elk Apple Sour provides a nice fruity twist without the foam. The Apple Brandy ensures the drink is not overly tart but has enough apple flavour to mix well with the Bourbon and Lemon Juice


  • 1 oz. 30ml Bourbon (Old Elk)
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Cane Syrup
  • 1 oz. 30ml Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz. 30ml Apple Brandy
Display: oz. ml.


Add all ingredients to an ice-filled shaker, then shake and strain into an Old Fashioned glass with a large, single rock of ice.
