Providing a floral and slightly sour flavour profile, Apricots are the perfect accompaniment to Bourbon, as they mellow out the oaky bite. Created by Fitz Bailey, Brown-Forman mixologist, Summer At The Grove is the perfect Bourbon cocktail, with its Apricot Syrup and muddled Apricots.
Grill apricot and muddle with bourbon. Strain into a rocks glass, and add one cube of ice, bitters, and syrup. Stir and serve.
