Originating from the savoy Cocktail Book, the Maiden’s Blush (No. 2) is an enchanting mix of Absinthe and Gin with just a delicate hint of Grenadine. Incredibly simple to make but boozy enough that we hope that someone is seeing the maiden home.
Stir all ingredients well in a mixing glass with cracked ice and fine strain into a cocktail glass.
