If you love a coffee cocktail, then the Lemongrass-Orange Iced Coffee is a non-alc drink that will be right up your street. Created by Vince Nguyen, founder of the new Los Angeles Vietnamese coffee roaster Nam Coffee, this mix uses Lemongrass Syrup and Orange Juice to bring out the fruity notes of the brand’s Orange County blend (70% arabica and 30% robusta) but any arabica-forward Vietnamese coffee will work.
Make the coffee using a pour-over method or cold-brew method. Fill a glass with ice, add the lemongrass syrup and orange juice, and then stir to combine. Top with the brewed coffee
