Created by Kelsey Ramage of Trash Collective, the Apple Core Sour takes a sustainable approach by using the part of the apple you might normally throw away, and then mixes it with Vodka, Honey, Aquafaba and Lemon Juice.
Muddle apple core in a shaker. Add all other ingredients and shake. Fine strain into a rocks glass
