No ThanksA classic 1970s disco cocktail, the Harvey Wallbanger is basically a Screwdriver (Vodka & Orange Juice) topped with a Galliano float. According to mythology, it’s said to have been named after Tom Harvey, a surfer from Manhattan Beach, California, who (as you may have guessed) was known for banging into walls after drinking too many of this cocktail.
Pour the Vodka and Orange Juice into a Collins glass with ice. Layer the Galliano on top by pouring it slowly over the back of a bar spoon.
