This is one of those cocktails that feels like a modern classic, the Ginger Rogers is of course named after the famous Hollywood actress. Created by Marcovaldo Dionysos, the drink mixes Gin, Lemon and both Ginger Syrup and Ginger Ale with a whole mass of Mint.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. 60ml Gin
  • 0.75 oz. 23ml Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz. 23ml Ginger Syrup
  • 2 oz. 60ml Ginger Ale
  • 10-12 10-12 Mint Leaves
Display: oz. ml.

Muddle the mint in a glass, then pour in the remaining ingredients, add ice and stir
