The tart, sweetness of Kumquats mixes really well with Gin, as can be seen in The Luxembourgh cocktail.  With Gin, muddled Kumquats, Rosemary-infused Aperol, Sugar Syrup, a sprig of Rosemary and Soda Water to top, this is a delightful fruity drink.


  • 2 oz. 60ml Gin
  • 4-5 4-5 Kumquats
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Aperol (rosemary infused)
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • 1 sprig 1 sprig Rosemary
  • top top Soda Water
Display: oz. ml.




Roughly slice 4-5 fresh Kumquats and muddle with Rosemary leaves and Sugar Syrup in the base of a shaker. Add Gin, Aperol and ice and shake vigorously. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass, then top with Soda water.
