Strong yet well-balanced and herbaceous, Quill is a riff on a Negroni that is definitely not one to be left in the wings. With the usual suspects of Gin, Campari and Sweet Vermouth, this drink adds a rinse of Absinthe for an Anise and Woodworm undertone.
