Strong yet well-balanced and herbaceous, Quill is a riff on a Negroni that is definitely not one to be left in the wings. With the usual suspects of Gin, Campari and Sweet Vermouth, this drink adds a rinse of Absinthe for an Anise and Woodworm undertone.

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and fill it 3/4 with ice. Stir until chilled, about 20-30 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass (or over ice in a rocks glass if you prefer)
