Created by Audrey Saunders of NYC’s Pegu Club, the Gin Gin Mule is often thought of as a Moscow Mule but with Gin. As the name suggests though, there are two Gins involved – the first is a good London Dry, the second is Ginger Beer, which when combined with the Mint, Lime Juice & Sugar Syrup gives this drink an almost Mojito feel.
Instructions
Muddle Mint in a shaker tin with Lime Juice & Sugar Syrup. Add Gin and fill the shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with GingerĀ Beer
